NEW RECIPE - EGG MUFFINS🍳🥚 Adding a few new meals to the bank of recipes already in the EBF plans today. Keen to share a few with you. All tried and tested by yours truly 🥣🥤 📝RECIPE - Eggs (2 whole, 3 egg whites) - Ham (optional) - Capsicum & mushrooms - Sprinkle of cheese Pre-heat oven and spray muffin tray. Whisk your eggs, add in cheese and chopped veg. Pour mixture evenly in muffin trays. Cook for 10-15 mins and enjoy! ________ 🚨Special Black Friday Discount on now, available for a limited time. - Eggs (2 whole, 3 egg whites)

Pre-heat oven and spray muffin tray. Whisk your eggs, add in cheese and chopped veg. Pour mixture evenly in muffin trays. Cook for 10-15 mins and enjoy!

Don’t fear the muscles will reappear 😅 Naturally most of us stress the F out when we miss the gym for a few days or when we’re not able to go for a month be it due to lockdown, injury or otherwise. But not to stress if you’ve been spending some time building muscle you won’t have to go back to the starting line, with a big lift here and a push day there, you’ll be back on your way to gainzville 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

UNDERHAND or OVERHAND Grip for Rows? 🤔 The OVERHAND grip makes for more muscle activation in the upperback, rhomboids and traps 👊🏽 UNDERHAND allows for you to tuck your elbows closer your body so it activates the lats more but also means more bicep involvement ✊🏽 Which ones right? The row is one of the best exercises for activating your back muscles 💪🏽 Which grip you choose will depend on your personal preference and whether you have specific muscles you want to prioritise. For balanced back development I’d suggest performing a couple sets of both variations 👌🏽
