The perfect cream puffs for your next unicorn party 🦄! . Ingredients (for 10 servings) CUSTARD CREAM 2 cups heavy cream ¼ cup granulated sugar ¼ cup cornstarch 2 egg yolks 3 drops pink food coloring 3 drops teal food coloring 3 drops purple food coloring . PASTRY 1 cup water 1 pinch salt 8 tablespoons butter 1 cup flour 3 eggs . WHITE CHOCOLATE SHELL 2 cups white chocolate chip 1 tablespoon vanilla . OPTIONAL sprinkles, as desired . Preparation 1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). 2. In a pot over low heat, combine egg yolks, heavy cream, sugar, and cornstarch. 3. Turn the heat up to medium-high, whisking constantly to prevent any lumps. Allow the mixture to thicken, stirring until smooth. 4. Transfer the custard into three small bowls. Drop different colors of dye in each bowl and mix. 5. Cover the tops of each bowl with plastic wrap and press down onto the surface of the custard to prevent skin from forming. Chill in the refrigerator. 6. In a pot, combine the water, salt, and butter, bringing it to a boil. Add the flour and stir until the dough comes together in a ball. Remove from heat. 7. Add in the eggs, one a time, stirring until the dough becomes a paste. Add the vanilla and stir to combine. 8. Transfer the dough into a piping bag with a large round tip. 9. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, pipe 1-inch ( 2 ½ cm) mounds. (To form a more rounded shape, dab your finger with a little water and press down on the mound to eliminate the peak.) 10. Bake for 20 minutes until the pastry has risen considerably and the insides are dry. 11. Allow the pastries to cool. Then, using the tip of a knife, cut a small “x” into the bottom of each pastry and transfer (“x” side up) to a cooling rack. 12. Transfer the custard to a piping back alternating the colors in order for the custard to swirl inside the pastry. 13. Fill each pastry with custard. 14. In a bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and vanilla, and swirl teal, pink, and purple dye in order to create a purple marble shell. 15. Ingredients (for 8 servings) 2 ripe bananas 1 cup sugar ½ cup unsalted butter, melted, plus 1 tablespoon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ¾ cup flour ¼ cup cocoa powder, plus 1 tablespoon ⅛ teaspoon salt ½ cup creamy peanut butter . Preparation 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). 2. In a bowl, use a fork to mash the bananas. Add the sugar, ½ cup (115 g) of butter, and vanilla, and whisk until combined. 3. Add the flour, salt, and cocoa powder, and whisk until fully incorporated. 4. Use the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter to grease a 9x9-inch (23x23 cm) baking tray. 5. Use the remaining 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder to dust every side of the baking tray. 6. Pour batter into prepared baking dish. 7. Use a spoon to add dollops of peanut butter on top of the batter. Use a butter knife to swirl the peanut butter into the brownie batter. 8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until center no longer jiggles when pan is shaken. 9. Ingredients (for 4 servings) 2 tablespoons oil, divided 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined 2 teaspoons chesapeake bay seasoning 6 oz sausage ½ cup water ½ yellow onion, diced 1 red bell pepper, diced 1 green bell pepper, diced 1 zucchini, chopped ½ cup corn 1 carrot, diced 2 cloves garlic, minced ¼ cup chicken broth ½ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon pepper fresh parsley, chopped, for serving rice, cooked, for serving . Preparation 1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Add shrimp to skillet and season with Chesapeake Bay seasoning. 3. Cook shrimp 3-4 minutes, or until opaque. Remove from skillet and set aside. 4. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 5. Add sausage to skillet. 6. Cook until browned, turning links frequently. 7. Reduce heat to medium-low and add water to skillet. 8. Cover and simmer for 12 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside. 9. Add onions and bell peppers to the same skillet and cook for 2 minutes. 10. Add chopped sausage, zucchini, corn, and carrot and cook for additional 2 minutes. 11. Stir in shrimp and garlic. 12. Pour chicken stock into pan and stir until well-incorporated. 13. Add salt and pepper. 14. Remove from heat. 15. Top with parsley and serve over rice if desired. 16. Enjoy!
